As each siddur cover is custom and one of a kind, we unfortunately cannot provide any refunds for your cover. You are responsible to check all spelling and confirm any changes on your final design draft before your cover is completed. Any changes thereafter will be subject to a change surcharge. If the cover needs any adjustments or structural changes we are happy to help and fix any issues at no charge. We stand by the quality of our products and there should be no issues with your siddur cover. You should be able to enjoy your cover for many many years without concerns for any problems.
